From this perspective, the fragment does not appear as a sign of absence, but as a generative principle: a threshold from which new configurations emerge, opening a space of instability understood not as a loss of order, but as a productive condition capable of generating a constantly temporary balance. Hybridization therefore does not merely consist of the juxtaposition of different elements, but gives rise to a further reality formed by a diffuse and mobile system of relations, without stable hierarchies, in which connections expand in unpredictable directions, reflecting the Leibnizian model of the monad.

Within this fluid dynamic, each fragment becomes a temporary center of meaning, capable of referring to a totality that is never fully accomplished, but takes shape through the experience of the viewer, who actively generates the landscape through their own perception and interaction. It is precisely within this fragile and transitory dimension that meaning can emerge, not as a definitive structure, but as a momentary event appearing on the surface of relationships. The lagoon-like in-between landscape thus becomes a space of constantly transforming perception, where instability and openness do not indicate a lack of form, but rather the endless possibility of new configurations of seeing and thinking.
